If you were to list the crucial issues for this year’s presidential election in Mexico, fighting poverty, climate change, and managing irregular immigration are top of the list. At least two of these are also critical issues in the U.S. elections. Solutions to these multi-faceted challenges are not simple. However, natural gas in Mexico has a massive role in finding a solution and helping ensure that the energy transition we implement in Mexico leaves no one behind.
